Parking

It is each runner’s responsibility to arrive on time. We will not hold the event or wait for any runners who are running late. We recommend arriving no later than 8:15am to find parking, grab your race packet, make a bathroom stop and familiarize yourself with the layout of the area.

• Arrive early as parking will become congested.
• Please obey “No Parking” signs; they are posted for the safety of the athletes. Vehicles parked improperly or that interfere with the race WILL be towed.
• Parking will be available in designated areas at the Boerner Botanical Gardens. Parking will be on a first come first serve basis.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Male and Female in the 5K and 10K and the Top 3 Male & Female in each age group. The age groups are 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. The overall winners are included in age group awards. Refund Policy

This race does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. (This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event.)
