DO YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING REGISTRATION CHANGES (TRANSFERRING REGISTRATION, RACE DISTANCE CHANGES, ETC.)?

Please refer to the registration changes page for further information, instructions, and deadlines.

Can I walk instead of run?

Yes! Even though this is a timed event, we welcome all walkers and non-runners.

Can we bring strollers and/or baby joggers?

Sure! But we do ask that you start toward the back so as not to impede the other runners.

ARE KIDS WELCOME? AND DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM?

Yes! Kids are welcome. If they want a time and/or a shirt, you do have to pay for them.

ARE HEADPHONES ALLOWED?

Yes. Please be mindful of those around you and be able to hear any emergency announcements.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! Please be mindful of those around you.

WILL THERE BE AN INDOOR FACILITY?

There is an indoor facility with bathrooms that participants can use.

What is your Award Policy if I don't to pick up my award at the event?

Race Day Events will hold event awards for 30 days after the event is complete. Contact us at raceday@racedayevents.com for more information about receiving your awards after the event.

I have questions about Event insurance - Where can I get information?

  • How do I sign up for event insurance? Add-on coverage is offered during the checkout process when signing up for this event. You will be given the option to add or decline coverage with one click. Note: If you decide to decline coverage, you will not be able to go back and add it after registering.
  • Did you purchase event insurance and now need to use it or just have a question? Submit and contact FanShield (RegShield) here.

Weather / refund policy

The Winter Run Series and Race Day Events is not able to offer refunds for any reason, as we offer all runners the opportunity to transfer their registration to another event, or change their distance. (This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event.)
